Welcome to another blog post. We did take a mini hiatus, but we're happy to announce that we are back with a guide tailored just for you to conquer those notorious Monday blues and turn them into blissful and magical Mondays.


Here's how we recommend that you turn Mondays into a day filled with positivity, mindfulness, and productivity. Are you ready to infuse your week with intention? Let's dive in!


Mondays, often dreaded for marking the end of the weekend, can and in most cases does set the tone..until around Wednesday when most people start to lighten up a bit in anticipation of Friday. But what kind of life is that?!


Do you know that it is possible to shift your perspective and view Mondays as a fresh start, full of possibilities and opportunities? Yes you can! Simply by setting the right intentions, you can unwrap the magic that Mondays hold and kickstart your week on a high note.


The key to turning Mondays into happy days lies in practicing mindfulness and self-care right from the start. Begin your day with a moment of tranquility – whether it's through devotion and or meditation, exercising, taking a power shower with your aromatherapy treats, or savouring your favourite cup of coffee or tea. Or perhaps all of them!


By nurturing yourself, you set the stage for a positive and productive day ahead.


To make the most of your Mondays, consider incorporating these practices into your routine:


Pre- Monday Vibe! Treat your Mondays like pre-flight check-in.!


  • Make sure you write a list of things to get done. Outline your priorities for the week and establish achievable goals for each day to stay focused and motivated.

  • Schedule your break time in your calendar. This should be different from your lunch hour.


When you get to the office:


Take a moment to center yourself and cultivate a sense of calm.

  • Time Block and do the work : Set a timer and work at the tasks that you have scheduled.

  • Eat well: If you didn't pack your lunch from home, be sure to grab some healthy options. This does not include fast food, processed foods or food with extra gravy.

  • Take Your Scheduled Breaks : Throughout the day, take short breaks to relax, breathe deeply, and refocus your mind for enhanced productivity.
